POSITION SUMMARY:      The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative duties for executive management. He/She will be responsible for using independent judgment and initiative in providing a wide range of administrative and management support for the daily operations.

Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, training and supervising other support staff if applicable, customer relations in order to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

                       

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  2. Minimum of two years of experience with computer programs to include proficiency Microsoft Outlook, as well as, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Above average written and verbal communication skills, planning skills, problem solving skills, communicative and interpersonal skills.
  4. Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as Administrative Assistant preferred.
